 Также для иностранных студентов существует специализированный подготовительный курс Foundation Year. Эта программа является обязательной в том случае, если Вы поступаете в британский университет после средней школы (11 классов). Только закончив Foundation Year, Вы можете поступить на первый курс бакалавриата.

Программа курса:

Занятия проходят с понедельника по пятницу, с 8 до 19 часов с перерывами.

В программу курса включено развитие следующих навыков и умений:
- запись академической информации (лекции, вокшопы, презентации)
- написание отчетов о проделанной лабораторной работе - обработка данных, полученных в лаборатории и в иных источниках
- посещение открытых университетских мероприятий (лекции, презентации, научные конференции)
- занятия в группах, семинары, лекции, практические занятия, тестирования
